Product Instructions
Please read this Product Instructions in depth before using the product.
1. AC 220V power supply with good grounding shall be guaranteed for the product.
2. Dies may fall down or shift during transport. Please check whether all parts have been installed well before starting the machine. Otherwise, dies and blades may be damaged.
3. To install or tear down tool carriage, you must cut off power supply in advance to prevent injury.
4. To clear the rice at bottom, raise die to certain height and press pause button in advance. If the die is raised to the top, it will return to original position automatically.
5. This product can be only used for cutting soft sushi and sushi rolls wrapped by dry seaweed sheets. If sushi or sushi rolls wrapped by dry seaweed sheets contain hard or tough content, do not use this product to cut them. Otherwise, irreversible damage may be caused to blade, die or the whole machine.


 

 

6. Stop the machine and cut off power supply immediately in case of emergency. Otherwise, injury or damage of machine may be caused.
7. The machine can reset automatically. After taking out sushi, the die will return to the original position automatically. If you don't need the function, you can put a non-transparent object to shield emitter or receiver of inductor. Please keep the inductor clean in use.
8. Please be cautious for the sharp blade. Keep cutting edge downward on tool carriage or when it is being cleaned. The non-stick blade with coating can be only cleaned or wiped by soft cloth. Do not use hard object to rub the blade. Otherwise, the coating may fall off. If the cutting edge becomes dull, you can use fine grinding tool to grind the cutting edge. The grinding may degrade non-stick performance of blade. Please keep the blade clean when it is not used. The non-stick coating influences sharpness of blade. If the blade cannot well cut, you can grind the cutting edge slightly to remove the coating on cutting edge (only need to grind a thickness of hair). In most cases, the blade with coating can cut sushi well. This operation is only for your reference.
9. The machine uses rubber belt elevator. Avoid grease and do not use sharp object to clean it.  
10. Often inspect whether blades are loose. Blades shall not be too loose. Otherwise, blades may shift and collide with dies. Blades shall not be too tight. Otherwise, the blades may be broken. Inspect degree of tightness from the back of blade before use and take the degree of tightness as reference for later adjustment.
 

Usage:
Put sushi in die accurately; then both hands press the start buttons on the left and right at the same time. Sushi can be cut during rise. After taking out sushi, the die will return automatically and wait for the next sushi.

The machine can be only used to cut sushi rolls of which diameter is shorter than 60mm. 400~600 rolls can be cut every hour. 2~4 small rolls can be cut at the same time. More than 1200 rolls can be cut every hour.


 

Note: The green button is start button. Press the left and right start buttons at the same time to start the machine. The red button is pause button. You can press one of them to pause the machine. The yellow button is manual reset button. (When it is started in idle status, die rises to the top. Infrared induction switch controls that and the die will return automatically after delay for about 1 second)

The buckle on back of die aligns with lifting board. Press it downward well in place.
